Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We aim to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, but due to the nature of digital services, refunds will be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered within the specified time frame.
  • The service provided was not as described on our platform.
  • Double payment for the same order due to technical issues.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The service was delivered as described but did not meet the customer’s expectations.
  • The customer changes their mind after placing an order.
  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during the order (e.g., incorrect username, profile URL).
  • Drops or reductions in social media metrics (e.g., followers, likes, views) after the service has been delivered, unless a refill or replacement guarantee is explicitly stated.

3. Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed as credits added to your account balance within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will not be issued back to your original payment method unless otherwise stated.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Any disputes or chargebacks made without contacting our support team to resolve the issue may lead to the suspension of your account.
  • We reserve the right to deny services to customers involved in fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.

5. Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
  • For partially completed orders, a partial refund (account credit) may be considered based on the remaining undelivered portion.
